Applied for job opportunity to have a Kellogs advertisement decal placed on my car. Received a check for $2950 in the mail with instructions to text a phone number with proof of deposit once I did the the person I texted then told me to send $1000 via Zelle to an account for the decal installation. I told them I would do that once I was sure the check would clear but eventually the check bounced I never sent any money.

Frank Elliot from Vytalize health Offered me a job, and I’m in need of a job. Then ran me through an entire job briefing and interview like a normal job, then sent me formal Position acceptance letters to fill out, sign and return. And all hiring paperwork to print off, fill out, and send back. Which I did. Then he changed up his story and asked for me to purchase the equipment from a vendor and he would reimburse me on my first pay check. It was like a little over $1,000. I told him I couldn’t do that. Then he told me today he was gonna send me a check in the mail which was the initial plan anyways. And now I’m realizing it all seems a bit odd. Back and forth. And I feel it’s odd. I told him that I’ll seek work elsewhere and he can keep his check he was trying to send me.

Initiated contact from someone named Mrs Amber Hooper "your resume has been reviewed on our Career Builder job board and you've been selected to interview for a position. Company name: Copel Energy and the pay is 2,000 weekly" Gave me a contact with [email protected] which ended up being Victor Romero, who works for the company, but his interview was nothing about job skills, they told me i would be sent a check to cover costs of equipment for an office space, then proceeded to tell me that I needed to Send money to a vendor in 1,000 dollar increments, using various different names, and numbers, and asking repeatedly if i'm able to send the money and asking for proof it's been sent.

I was searching on line jobs and came across this one. I used to be a quality control inspector So I didn't seem that weird to be hired for a quality inspector job. I've been doing this job for about a year now and recently went into UPS to pick up a package there I was told that scammers were using my exact protocol for fraud so I thought oh my God did I get scammed I wanted to reach out to the BB to ensure that what I'm doing is not illegal because I don't want to be held accountable for something I knew nothing about all I know is that I've been opening packages inspecting them and then sending them off to another location yes now looking back it does look a little weird but I honestly thought this was a quality control inspection position so I didn't question it until being told by UPS that it might be a scam so I'm reaching out to you to make sure That this is either legit or not

To whom this may concern,

A fake agency called Always Legendary trucking tried to get my bank Information to wire scam money to my account. In the name of a potential job position at the fake company.

I was approached two weeks ago from what I thought was a temp agency about a work from home purchasing assistant position. The hiring manager told me all contact would be through telegram and tried to get me to give up my bank information.

I was told that for 4 week I will receive a set number of packages. Once I got the packages I was to report to Linda Patterson visa email. Once confirmed Linda work send me a new shipping label and I had to print and tape the new label on and confirm with her that the labels and packages was correct. I was then told to go to a post office, or UPS, ect, to deliver the packages with the new label on it. I had to send a picture of the receipt to confirmed I sent them off. I was promised a set pay of $2,000 plus $40 per package that I delivered. I would receive my payment direct deposited into my account every 4 weeks. Once I asked Linda when will I get paid, I was told Dec. 4th, however, I didn't receive payment nor any response back from my emails wondering why I haven't got paid.

I received text message for job offer working form home as customer service position; the individual who contacted me via text informed they had reviewed my resume from Career Builder's website searching for specialist in Customer Service representative, & I might be interested in a position with their team. I was given a Skype live ID # to contact their hiring manager for further details and interview, to which I proceeded to an interview via Skype, conducted on 12/6/22. After the whole interview process I was instructed to wait on the line while their supervisor reviews the interview questionnaire & responses & in about maybe 10-15 minutes I was informed I was a great candidate & was hired. They asked for an email address to send the Hire Offer letter for me to sign & send back, which I did. Moving forward they then said they'd be sending me via email a check to be able to purchase supplies needed for the position, such as a MacBook Pro, All-in-One Printer, desk/chair etc., to purchase from a list of their approved vendors. I was to print, sign & do mobile deposit of check into my account & then send the vendor the money via Zelle app. The first check payment I received from this company was for $1,684 of which $150 they said was for me to keep as a 'start-up' bonus as new hire. Once that first check was deposited, the next day I was instructed to do a Zelle payment to the vendor, a Mr Marvin Fritter, for $534, and a second for $1000 with email: [email protected]. Upon completion of that I was emailed a second check for the rest of the supplies & to cover shipping/handling fees for $3685 to do the same steps as with the previous check to sign & deposit. They wanted me to do a 3rd Zelle transaction for $1500, which I informed the recruiter I was still chatting with on Skype I couldnt do $1500 until I confirmed with my bank that the full check had cleared, but could do $500 only; which they were not happy about but agreed to the amount for the time being. On 12/7/22 when I checked my bank account to confirm if the second check had cleared, I had a notification that the first deposit for $1684 had come back returned for 'fraud' account. At this point I started to realize what could be happening, that I was scammed, and stopped all form of communication with the individual via Skype. They had tried to call me 3 times on Skpy since, which I did not respond.

I applied for the job on LinkedIn, immediately it was sketchy because they reached out to me right away, wanted to set up a phone call. We did and he missed the phone call by about an hour. He eventually called me and didn't speak English very well, which is fine, I was just trying to ask about the job and he really couldn't explain to me how it worked or what the pay would be like, I immediately thought that was weird but also thought it might just be a language barrier. He asked to do a zoom call and I agreed. He scheduled the zoom call and again missed the timing we had planned for, I thought this was very unprofessional and I was on zoom for a good 30 minutes before logging off (I did text him to ask if he was planning on attending) so I decided I did not want to continue. He messages me multiple times about how sorry he was and if we could reschedule, at that point I just left him on read. Then, I randomly get a contract of employment from him that was very obviously taken off the internet and wasn't filled out correctly, and was offering over 18,000 a month (I am a new grad, this was also a red flag) . He also requested my SSN and other personal information. I was intrigued by the money, but I told him that he does not need information like my SSN and other personal information since he was hiring me freelance. He also wouldn't pay using check or wire transfer, direct deposit only (luckily I have an account separate from my earnings for this reason specifically) I sent him back a correct contract that I filled out and he said it was fine, but then only typed his signature. Continuing on, I was supposed to start the 21st of November. Didn't get any information before hand and didn't even get a text or message until 4 days after that date. Then im over it, well 3 weeks later my "supervisor" emailed saying they are sending a "free" MacBook, iPad, Apple Pencil, mobile phone, and software and that I would need to pay $50 and send through PayPal. LAST STRAW FOR ME. I told him that if the company can afford that much equipment, they can afford to pay $50 in shipping. I even offered to buy my own prepaid label and send it to them (mostly just to stump their excuses more), they said that I am not serious and they don't trust me. I blocked all of the contacts.

I was asked to clean apartment for hearing impaired person Amber Frye and to meet furniture delivery person as well. They paid by check 2830 sent via FedEx tracking number 9102496213680043565587. When trying to deposit check said couldn’t be read and when I went to bank they said routing number was incorrect: I believe this is a clear scam. They also texted me to my cell phone as well as sent me an email to communicate. Said brother would mail keys to apartment said mailed on 12/09. Bank info on check is Flowra Expense Account 821 Main Street Weaverville CA 96093 and the FedEx envelope says it’s from Ferrara Candy Company 7301 Harrison St Forest Park IL 60130. I was starting a new cleaning business thought this sounded too good to be true. $2830 was sent $2400 was to pay the furniture people and $430 was for the deep cleaning and ($400 to clean $30 for supplies.) I have all texts and original email if you need copies sent to you. I can do the deep clean on Sat December 10th. I live Southwest Ft Wayne. I can arrange to be there for the furniture delivery and payment to them as well. Can I schedule a walk through to give you an accurate price?

Alight, The cleaning fee is $400 so my financial advisor will mail a check for $2830 as furniture costs $2400, I am purchasing the furniture from a lady who gave me a good deal for it,  and I'll let you know what means of payment she prefers when she texts it to me. I am also adding $30 for the cleaning supplies, you may use any supplies because I am allergic to none.  It would be one check, I asked my financial advisor.

Was contacted about a data entry job on zoom. They sent a check for $3950.00 and wanted me to immediately Zelle them $200.00 for software. I was fortunately on vacation so I waited for their check to clear. It didn’t. Now they are trying to tell me it was an error and they will issue a new check. The check didn’t have company name or address on it. I have the Zoom conversation still. The check was mailed fro 729 E Elizabeth Ave. Linden, NJ 07036. There is no pharmaceutical company at that address. There is a tee shirt shop and screen printing company.

Concentrix hired by United health care for AEP for elderly,65 and older medicare to take enrollments.

Concentrix sent out false advertising to members and have them call their 800 number to us for sales. Flaw advertising is that they state that their plan will end in 12.2022,and that is not true,plan rolls over to new year,but this sends fear to elderly and they call to renew their plan and we give them a new one for 2023. Deceptive practice and false advertising and elderly steering. They also do not have agents identified as licensed agents on the recorded calls.pull the calls. Concentrix steals wages and commissions from sales made by workers. Advisors Ii is the title ,and customer service reps take new applications for United health care. Concentrix reduces wages for workers timesheets company wide and admitted which is illegal in the USA. AEP season 10/15 to 12/7
