Received phone call from Publishers Clearing house (David Clark) stating I was a winner of 350,000, a Mercedez, and $5,000.00 a month "Go to Wal-Mart, I'll go with ya. Get a card and put $680.00 on it. Since you're on Medicare, just pay $340.00." "David" said they are accredited with the ScamPulse.com, "they know about this phone call. BBB records this phone call so you're safe." I told him I didn't have a cell phone and my cord wasn't long enough to reach all the way to Wal-Mart. He told me I could write a check instead. He was constantly putting me on hold for minutes at a time. He never supplied me with an address to mail the check to. He also asked me banking info (which I didn't give to him) and questions about needing a loan. "Why would I need a loan if I just won all this?!

Knew it was a scam from the beginning. Called BBB to inform them on this situation.

Received a phone call from Publishers Clearing House saying I won $950,000 and a Mercedes. Was told to go to a Super Walmart & get a prepaid debit card receipt for $195.25. Return home and your prize will arrive 10 minutes after that. Did not go to Walmart. You should not have to pay money to get a prize. A half an hour later my husband got the same call winning $950,000 & Jeep. And both our confirmation numbers were the same.

I received a call from Publisher's Clearinghouse saying I have been chosen to receive a prize of $500,000. They made it sound very legitimate giving all kinds of numbers for taxes, etc. They gave me a winning claim number and a US Lottery and Gaming phone number that I could call and verify that I was actually a winner. They said I would have to pay them $1,500 today and if I don't, I would forfeit the prize and someone else would win it. He said we would get a cashier's check and stated that he was with some law firm. He said his name was Christopher Glenn.

Was told I had won $950,000 and a new Mercedes car. I was told that the call was being recorded by the ScamPulse.com and was also told multiple times that this was a legitimate winner notification. I was asked to have my identification, the prize number that was given to me by the first caller (Mark Meyers) which was 357159-US, and that I needed a "shipping and handling receipt" to have in hand before the prize patrol showed up Friday 10/30/15 at 9am. The shipping and handling receipt could be gotten from Safeway or Walmart by asking for a Western Union moneygram for $950.00 or if I didn't have the full amount, I could get a sponsorship for $450 or $500. I was told several times that I sounded skeptical about the prize & if I wanted to end the call, I would forfeit the prize or I could transfer the prize money to charity. Mr. Mason ended the call by saying that when the prize people showed up, I could call him & apologize.

Man, who refers to himself as Dave Sawyer, called consumer and told me I had won $850. In order to get the money I had to drive to my bank and call him back once I was in the parking lot. The number he told me to call was 8-776-787-2318 but the number that showed up on my cellphone was 8-766-777-2318. He said once I was at the bank I should go through the drive through and ask for cash. I would receive a check in my name for $850 and use the account number 09566162 to receive the money. He doesn't want to take no for an answer.

A man named Mike Anderson called me last week and told me I won $2.5 million dollars from the PCH Sweepstakes. Yesterday morning I sent $225 for shipping and handling and they would bring the cash prize and a free car. When I got home he asked for $599 for the IRS so that I wouldn't have to pay taxes at the end of the year and it was tax-free. I sent this money using a Western Union Money Gram.

I sent the money to Afwayne Pallas.

A man called me and told me I won $2.5 million from Publisher's Clearinghouse. He asked me if I was on my cell phone or home phone. He told me I needed to go to Western Union and send $155 to John Spitzer at 876.329.3765. He had a foreign accent. He also asked if I lived alone and if I was single or married, and if I drove a car and what kind of car I drove. It made me suspicious that someone was going to rob my house while I went to Western Union.

Sunday night I received a call from a man who sounded like he was from Jamaica or something saying that he was calling on behalf of Publishing Clearing House and I had won $850,000 and a new Mercedes Benz. He said my confirmation number was 933145 and that I needed to call one of these numbers on Monday morning, 876-387-9034 or 213-39-9206, or 866-996-5997. He has already called back three times this morning but I did not answer. I looked up the numbers and one was a cell phone, one was in Jamaica, and one was for a TM Potts.

John Whashington from PCH wanted me to give 375.00 to Western Union under the name Daneisha Wright to pay my S.C. side fees for the delivery of my 1.5 million dollars. The delivery team was right up the road waiting on that receipt number to come charging with my money!

I just received a phone call from a James at Publisher's Clearing House. My number is registered with the Do Not Call Registry. I have not entered any sweepstakes from Publisher's Clearing House. The number that was showing on the caller I.D. was 876-470-2899

Anyway, when I told James "No Thank You" he got very belligerent and said "[censored] you, you [censored]". I'm pretty sure he was not representing Publisher's Clearing House. I'm not sure who I should report this to so if It's not the BBB please let me know.
