I have been emailing the company back and forth and they said that they are sorry for the inconvenience and they would send my products as soon as they repacked it. The warehouse made a mistake and are working hard to get my order to me. It is shipping from china. They had another promotion for a book I was interested in and said they would send it right out if you pay express shipping I did and still on the second order received the wrong items instead of the books and supplies I ordered I got socks. They said they had a deluxe witch kit and witch starter kit and the Charmed Book of Shadows. https://playpro.store/

I ordered 3 bathing suits from the website listed thinking it was an Australian based company as that’s what they make it seem on their webs site. Followed the measurements on the site and long behold once I received my package not only was it not from Australia it was from Hong Kong the bathing suit quality and sizing wasn’t even close to what was listed on the website. So I put in a claim for a full refund which on the websites stated was okay as long as it was within 30 days - which it was it wasn’t even 7 days that I had placed the order. They start with the run around about how it’s going to be expensive to ship back the clothes and offered to do either a 15% refund or send me all the same bathing suits in a larger size. Although I want a full refund I saw where this was going and said they could send me a larger size as long as I’m not being charged again. They had the audacity to tell me they would charge me full amount of what I had already spent of $95.82 to send me the bathing suits in a larger size even though I asked for simply a refund and to return the items. I told them absolutely not and would be reporting them as lack of communication because I have to wait 24 hours for even a response and the fact they lied about their policy online.

On website says mystery box will be worth $227 for $59.99 . I have purchased mystery boxes before and item are worth more than you pay On website page shows pictures of playstation, phones , laptops . I received a fake Apple Watch, a lug and a broken plastic watch Not worth $60 let alone $227

We purchased what we thought was a brand new HP laptop charger from vendor “battery-vendor.com” but we were sold a used and suspect battery and given the latest circumstances with batteries exploding, we cannot take this colossal risk in the lab especially with all the oxygen tanks and other flammable chemicals there. Vendor is not honoring the 30 day money back guarantee and offering only a 15 dollar credit.

Additionally the vendor admitted to committing import fraud by stating "covered the HP logo to avoid the customs inspect. " Please see attached documentation sent to our credit card company.

I ordered a reclining sofa beginning of January, and never got it.

February 6-2023 I purchased something on line that I never received totally of $24.98

February 25 I reach out to company with their and on line chat no success .I ask to have my item or a refund because I never received my order

Scam website www.pannellswim.com (appears to be a clone of the legitimate website www.pannellswimshop.com). We carelessly purchased a swimsuit, but never heard back. The payment was processed by a "bestduka.com" vendor in Dar El Salaam (Tanzania), which clearly gave away the scam. On more careful scrutiny after the fraud payment posted, the company address (supposedly in New York, NY) does not exist, there is no phone number, and nobody responds to web form inquiries.

- Jamaica, NY, USA

I ordered two 72’ pantry storage furniture items in the amount of $19.98 each. Epi-some website provided a tracking email from Yanwen, China. After 13 days, I received two Mens sport socks instead. The only means of communication on their website is with [email protected] which you will not receive a reply. In addition, you are unable to write a negative review on the website in order to warn others on the scam.

I ordered a vest from china a company called Saboyi. The vest was cheap enough to pay $12.00 shipping. I never received the vest that's over a month ago now.

I ordered two items from this merchant. Two weeks went by and i hadn’t received shipping confirmation so i reached out to this merchant. They responded and i was told that both my items were out of stock in their warehouse and that i should pick two other items. I made it clear to them i didn’t want anything else and that i would like a refund instead. These ppl kept giving me the run around then turned around and said that both items were listed as pre sale items at the time of my order in which they were not. They refuse to give me a refund. I’ve read multiple reviews after the fact on this company of many ppl stating they have ordered items and never received them. Beware of this fraud, shady company.

The company has multiple video ads on facebook and instagram showing a "green tea mask" that pulls out blackheads instantly and removes them from the face. Their website states they believe in their product so much that they provide a 30 day money back guarantee if you're not satisfied. Their return policy states that the product must be unopened and unused to in order to get a refund and you must notify them within 7 days of purchase. I notified the company the day I received the product that I wanted to return it because it has conflicting information on the product and I didn't feel comfortable using it on my face. The product has the name "Nicor" on it, while the product on their website says "Meridian". Nowhere does it say Steemselfe on the product, which is the name they say they are, its also their website and their email support. On further viewing of the website, it states they are called "Land Based Trading Company" with an address located in the USA. Neither of this is true because they are actually located in China after looking where their website is registered and by the way they respond to your email, its very bad English. When I mentioned all this, they asked for my QR code, which I sent to them but they didn't address any of my concerns about their company misinformation. They replied with "we sent correct product so there are no refunds". It doesn't state this on their return policy anywhere. We had back and forth several times where I quoted their return policy and they ignored me and continued to say no refunds. So I feel this company is misleading customers with fake ads and a fake refund policy in order to obtain funds and not return them. They provide an inferior product that doesn't do as they say and there is no consistency on who makes the product or where it even comes from because who knows what the company is actually called and they lie about their location. I have had multiple emails with the final email where they have offered to return $4 out of $34 because I have told them I will be reporting them to my credit card company and taking this further because they have lied about their return policy (I will be reporting to my credit card company next). They refuse to return my money and I'm happy to return the product unused and unopened. I am hoping to get their website and facebook page shut down and their ads on facebook and instagram removed because they are targeting millions of people who are buying their product and realizing its totally fake. They are scamming people and i think most people don't bother trying to recuperate $34 and are willing tojust let it go but I'm not! This company is fraudulent and needs to be shut down. I have reported to facebook but frankly, i don't think they care as Steemselfe pages and ads are still there.

I purchased 10 items from the Uiewiy website (ycutibr.com now) that I saw advertised on Facebook on February 3rd 2023. The total of my items was $40.90 × $2 shipping and handling. I have since learned this is not an actual store but an online scam. I have already been charged for these items

After seeing many Facebook ads for this clothing company, Aljok, in my social media feed, I purchased three items for $146.97 from the Facebook link to the Aljok.com website in early January. The clothing arrived on February 11th and it was immediately clear that the online descriptions were false. The sweaters were supposed to be a cotton/wool blend and they were completely acrylic and the dress was supposed to be viscose/rayon and it was a very thin cotton. In order to return the items you have to write to customer service and request a return within 30 days of purchase. I did so immediately and received an email response the next day saying I could receive a $20 refund for the items which I had paid $146.97 via credit card. I replied that a $20 was unacceptable. They then responded that the best they could do was a $37 refund because their warehouse is in Dubai. My credit card statement shows the company is in Hong Kong despite the company website saying they are based in London, UK. I feel foolish for falling for this fraudulent company's ads, but I have bought many things via Facebook or Instagram ads without any issue until now. Thank you for your help and for making sure other customers do not fall for this scam.

This company advertised on Instagram with made in the USA, super rugged tactical pants. They used images of other company's products and then shipped me some cheap Chinese made garbage, straight from China. The website even says that items ship from the USA and there is supposed to be 30 day money back guarantee, with an easy return process. So far they are running me in loops about how they shipped the wrong product, or they will give me a 50% credit to pick something else of their website. The whole site is fraudulent, false advertising.

I ordered 3 items of women’s tops in large size and paid $114 with credit card. I cancelled the order 3 hours later. I wrote 3 times asking to cancel. The items were sent anyways and came in small size, not large as ordered and not at all like advertised. I requested a return authorization 4 times. They sent offers of $24, $32, $54 & $60. On the last offer they sent an address to return the items in Dubai. The cost to return the items to Dubai is more than what I originally paid so I asked them to refund $60, which I have not received.

The site advertises they are in the US. You order and it took 2 months to receive the clothing items. They came and we’re not as advertised and horrible quality. I immediately went to return the items. They advertise their return policy and I was within it. They email you back and start a wild goose chase. They offer you $10 and to keep the items. You email back that that doesn’t work and you would like an address to return. They continue to give you the run around. This went on for weeks. Then they give you an address in Dubai. When they advertise as a US company. They say you can pay for shipping to Dubai or choose to take a nominal value and just go away quietly. Others have posted the same experience as I had on Facebook to help to educate others so they don’t fall for it. This web site is still operating and continually doing this to others. Can you please help to stop this scam and false advertising!

i went on the sounguesu.com website to purchase clothing, placed the order and never received the items. When i received a tracking number, the page was blank. When i tried to contact the customer service email which is [email protected], several people responded that the item was received and sent me confirmations that the package was delivered. After several emails back and forth, I reached out to my bank to file a claim. Buyers please beware.

I bought 3 bathing suits totaling $103. When they arrived they weren’t even sawn together. The measurements were wrong. The website says they accept returns within 7 days. When I contacted them about the return they said they would only give $15 for my products. This is absolutely unacceptable as the product didn’t even come put together!
