Received item extremely poor quality and wanted to return. Had to email Rutave to start the return process. They kept emailing that they would first refund me $15 and I could keep the item and I decline. Then emailed again saying they would credit me $25 and I declined again saying I would send the item back and I would like a full refund. Have not heard anything from them since.

frozenchickenexporter.com a bogus website. Marcelo Assis (with a business card, copy of passport of Brazil ) claimed his title is International sales manager at Seara ailments Ltda in Brazil. He could supply large volumes of frozen chicken from Seara, payment terms of 30% TT upon invoice and 70%TT upon BL, which I searched online and found the photo online is different than the passport. Try to verify via his WhatsApp (#55-21-3500 1924) he stops the responses. Be aware.

Ordered dress from Vala Nio, www.valanio.com. Website states "30 Days Easy Return/Exchange" and "Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt. We don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer service."

But when contacted, the company offers "we will refund $9 and you can keep item". When pushed back, they upped amount to $13. When pushed for RMA and address, they said "the return address is in Dubai and it will cost you too much to return the item". In other words, they have a "no return" policy. Searching the web, others had the same experience.

I purchased a projector and screen that was supposed to come with a tripod for free. It shipped directly from China and the quality is awful. Feels like a plastic toy. Doesn’t work. The screen is completely see through. The amount of money I paid for these items was not equal to the quality of them at all. I reached out to return and the response was defiant and then they ignored me when I reached out for a third time to try and return the item. I looked them up online and apparently this is happening to everyone who buys this item from them. It’s all they sell.

I purchased 2 articles of clothing described in glowing terms. they are misfitting and made of very poor material. I emailed the company to return, and was offered a fraction of the price back, then a slightly more, then the following. I am not returning the merchandise as I am afraid I will be out of pocket for the goods plus postage as I see this company is a known scammer. I would rather lose the $81 than deal with them. They were just stringing me along.

They are supposedly selling seafood online. I paid for overnight shipping five days ago. They now say it takes between 3-5 days to get the order ready. I have received no order number, tracking number, receipt, or any other correspondence from them

Site was shown on CNN. It offered King crab legs at a discounted price when purchased a confirmation email was sent with an order number, followed by a tracking number. Two days later the email with the tracking number then disappeared and the company would not respond to emails. The product was never received.

Purchased clothing from Elsiu through Facebook claims clothing is made in North Carolina. when items arrived their was Chinese writing all over package and the items were of the wrong size and inferior material. They guarantee a full refund before 30 days but when I reached out they offered $25.00 and keep items. I refused so they offered $40 then $50 and keep items. I told them I wanted a full refund where can I return them and they gave me a New York address and when I looked it up it is residential address. I realized I had been scammed so I reported to my bank.

I made a purchase of a small toolbox and paid with my credit card, after the purchase was completed the money was quickly posted to my account even before I got a conformation that a purchase was made. I contacted Customer support and got a response the following day that indeed my purchase was made and was sent an order number. I waited for about 4 weeks after not receiving my order. I reached out to customer service again and was told that my order was delivered. I’ve email several times after and have gotten the same response which turned out to be some automated response system. I still have those emails . To date I still haven’t received any delivery from them . My loss

I talked to them throuthou the shipping process after few weeks their website went down they told me its under construction but now its under different name https://www.quierto.com. Track 718 is the shipping detals provided. I msg then no response. I contact the seller using email i told them i didnt get the item. I live in yonkers. One send it to brooklyn and the other send it to bronx. I need my money back or the product. I will report it. I got the response back they used nasty word. I will upload the response from them. These scammers were in fb and instagram. I know they scammed so many.

Pinterest d for cat exercise wheel which is still up. The tracking number came from china. When itt took longer than expected I contacted the company and was assured it was in it's way.

I received a 50 cent happy face duffle bag. I emailed them and still have not heard back nor received a refund or the product I ordered.

I've made several attempts to request a refund from this company; but I keep getting the run around, I have all emails along with correspondence but they refuse to refund me for items that were never received, the order was placed on July 01, 2023 I was sent a tracking number UH436406613YP on July 02, 2023 stating the order in process to ship and then today July 25, 2023 they sent me another tracking number UH517261180YP stating the package in process on July 19, 2023 to ship, I just checked and there has been no movement since July 19, 2023. There is no pictures upload.

I ordered some stuff online on June 12th or 13th and it's almost August and I still haven't received or heard anything from them

PLACED ORDER JULY 4TH. EMAILED JULY 22 TO CHECK STATUS. WEBSITE SUPPORT EMAIL DOES NOT EXIST.

The scammer changed their business names and the e-mail addresses of payment service for the contact keeps changing.

I never received a Staub 1.5 qt pot I ordered.

The followings seem to be all scammer.

Sabenmarket.com, and Myluershop( $83.26 was claimed through my credit card)

Ordered 2 pairs of pants from this online retailer. Quality of goods was subpar to what is portrayed on the site. When asked to return them and for a refund, they claim that because their warehouse sent the correct items that were ordered they could only offer a refund of $7 (full order was $72) and for me to keep the goods as a return and shipping would be too expensive for me and take too long. I repeatedly asked to just return it and how much the shipping could really cost as the package came from California and got the same answer. Not to mention the product took over 2 months to arrive and had I not continuously followed up about its whereabouts, I probably never would have received the product. It seemed to originate in Ireland as this is what the original tracking indicated and went dark once it got to the US. Then the package that actually got delivered had a California return address.

1st the order took forever to arrive. Tried multiple times to cancel before it “left the international airport in China” via contacting the info email. I disputed the charge with the bank and then miraculously it arrived in the mail. The product looked NOTHING like the ad ( they were wide legged jeans) IMMEDIATELY wrote to company saying I wanted to return for refund and I have heard NOTHING. I have tried at LEAST 5 times if not more.

I received an order from this company that contained garments that were not what was advertised on their website. The garments were labeled with the correct sized tag but the measurements of the garments did not match what was advertised on their website. I contacted their customer support and I couldn't return the order for a refund. Their website advertises 100% risk free and refund availability. I feel foolish that I even ordered from this company and I am hoping that a warning can go out so that others know about coverfrot.

Ordered 3 clothing items. Received something that did not at all resemble what I ordered and was of extremely poor quality. I asked for a refund on 4/22. Email from 5/24:

"We have applied a $50.07 refund for you. You should expect the amount to appear in your bank account in the next eight business days."

Refund never appeared. This is a scam because I received offers of 20% to 70% over a period of a month, all of which I refused. They also refused to give me a place where I could return the faulty merchandise. I believe they were running out the clock so Visa would not give me a refund because It exceeded 60 days, even though I was negotiating the entire time.

I saved all the emails--all 26 of them!

If you cannot help me, please advice me of the next steps I can take.
