The website below, I came across on instagram. It stated that it was closing and they were doing a liquidation sale for their plants. The link for the tracking number shows up blanket and also when you click the link for said tracking site, it comes up as a website that doesn't exist. The email that is used is a personal email and I have reached out and no response. There are two addresses on the site. One that points to a company called Gordon companies inc and the other address is in China. On Instagram, the same promotional post was also posted under another account/store's name. There is also no phone number on the website

i had ordered some hair from this bogus company the took the money but no product was delivered. i went to check the website and now it suddenly disappeared. i have a copy of my purchase reciept

Purchased the product through the UK Website and product shipped direct from china. The item was a Christmas gift so I waited 1 month to demo the product. Once I used it, the product was barely useable and the battery died within minutes. I contacted them bc I found that I received a different battery than I was supposed to. I contacted them, they said it was an error in the warehouse and credited me $10. I asked about the proper battery because without it, the product doesn’t work. No reply. I finally find a link to order a battery, so I order 2. They send the wrong battery again, still rendering the product unusable. I have contacted them several times including asking for a refund, they have not replied to any of my emails.

Also the website states that sale products are not available eligible for a refund. However, the product is ALWAYS on sale and is never offered for “regular price” making their refund policy null and void.

They offer a ****** product that is not as advertised, do not respond to emails and have a fake return policy.

Made 3 different orders for pajamas at the website for mycomfypajama.com on 12/13/23, 12/14/23, 12/19/23. The pajamas didn't show up until January and they don't even look like the pajamas that were pictured on the website for my order. I tried contacting the company through their website to initiate returns but the phone number listed on the web is false and when I emailed the contact form, I just kept receiving the same email back asking for the form submission. I don't know how to get my money back because this company and there is no valid way to contact anyone with the company.

Purchased a dog seatbelt “For Free”.. online December 28, 2023 using my credit card. It is now January 17, 2023. I have not received the product. The tracking number the merchant provided gives an error message "404 Page Not Found." The merchant stopped responding to my email inquiries. This business operates outside the US. Their phone number is +447360238640. The email is [email protected]. This business operates like a scam.

This company is a fraud. They lied about the shipping lead time. I sent an email asking them to cancel the order a few days after my purchase. There was no response. The phone number on the website is disconnected. After 3-4 weeks, the items finally arrived. The pajamas received were very low quality and didn’t fit properly. I asked to return them via email. Again, no response. I then receive continuous automated responses. The last automated response then said I need to pay for return shipping to a fake address in China. Please look into this.

This website advertises products using images from a separate unaffiliated site (House of CB.com) and claims to sell dresses or equal quality for a more affordable price. The site uses reviews and images of customers who have purchased dresses from the House of CB site. They provide no actual images of the products they actually deliver, no reviews or customers who are actually disappointed by their purchases and in their Terms of Services, they specify that it is the responsibility of the customer to find out how accurate the product is to its advertisment and the site is not responsible for providing accurate information. They would not refund me for my purchase of a pink House of CB Sirene gown and continue to use stolen images and false “verified” reviews of the House of CB dress. The dress I received was not similar to the dress advertised, it had wholely different corsetry, brassiere, layering and style. It was opaque where the image is sheer, loose where the image is fitted, and simplified and shoddy where the corsetry is complicated and delicate.

Advertised as an all natural diabetic supplement and was supposed to be free. Once all my personal info was entered and clicked proceed, I noticed I was charged $129.88 which I never agreed to!

I found a Carhartt Jacket on a website, placed the order for a size Large. Paid $46.99 for the jacket, 12.99 for S & H, 2.99 for insurance. The total is 62.97. I received it via USPS and when I opened the outer package I noticed that the label on the inside package stated 2XL. I opened the zipper, never removed the product from the package and the quality of the product is not Carhartt, the Carhartt label on the outside of the jacket is a sticker! Not a genuine Carhartt product at all.

I emailed the customer service and the response was a request for pictures, which I sent. I then sent a request for a return label and my response was I can keep the product for a 10% refund and I denied. Even if I wanted to keep the product, it would not fit. I specifically ordered a size Large and they did not fulfil their portion of my order. Insisting that I should take the partial refund, if I get a refund, minus the shipping, I will not get a refund until they receive the product. I am unsure of their timeline as to when the refund will be issued. The contact person will not give me a supervisors contact info. I am unable to locate an area to leave a review to warn others not to purchase their products. I am unsure why it is such a struggle to get a refund when they messed up the order and mislead about product information. Not impressed at all. There is no contact phone number, no address.

Targeted ad for a video game console. Said it would be shipped out in 1-2 days and received in 6-10 days. No additional information and no response from numerous emails trying to get a hold of them to get a refund or information where my package was.

The scammer offered a Stanley rose gold cup that Lainey Wilson just launched for $10 plus $10 for shipping plus 60 cents international charge. I contacted them for a refund kept saying it was on the way for the tracking they gave me emailed again told something. Emailed again said they couldn't give refund emailed again said they would escalate problem to higher department. Went to website today to give webpage for this complaint and it's closed. No phone number was given to contact someone. I believe it was in China but not sure. I did cancel my card.

This company advertised on social media (not sure if it was Tik Tok, Instagram or Facebook) that they were selling a Taylor Swift calendar with her lyrics. I purchased this in November, in order to have it home in time for the holidays, and there was no receipt from the website ( kept the link to the receipt and a screenshot). There was no other contact available for information.

Ordered a product. They delivered a different product. When i reached out they told me they couldnt deliver on the product they advertised. I emailed and they responded with them not being able to make produce the product they advertised. I have emails to prove. This is false advertisement.

I made one purchase, online, for a modest sum, Immediately, there was a succession of attempts to upsell, all of which I declined. I noticed immediately, some kind of invoice that listed the items I had declined. I called BeWell immediately and spoke to a person who said she would correct everything. They answer the phone "Muama". There was no correction. Paypal decided how to pay and used at least 3 accounts that I had listed with them, including private banking. Pay Pal has been zero help in this matter. They say that they are investigating and then report that the purchases were legitimate. I received two shipments of unwanted personal care junk, sent from California. When I said that I want to send it all back, I was given an address in Lithuania. I see paypal as complicit in this, and I am furious. My attempts at fixing this began on Nov. 24, and I have called BeWell and Paypal repeatedly since then.
