Our company signed up for a free trial of the service. We entered credit card information beforehand in order to do so. Our team used features like influencer email lists within the free limit as communicated on the website. We were unexpectedly charged twice for a premium monthly subscription before the limit was hit. We assumed it was a website error. We were never shown a subscribe button. I emailed support to get a refund. They refunded us $499 but there is still $499 remaining that we are owed for the mistake. I have spoken to their staff, who are very unprofessional and argumentative on the phone. They said they would forward the issue to their CEO to confirm the remainder of the refund. I still have not received it after 10 email attempts and counting. I would like to make my issue public so other people do not fall victim to the same thing. The company is based in Israel so I'm not sure if I can get support from ScamPulse.com but I will try anyway.

I purchased an online service through the company mspy, which is a secret phone monitoring service so parents can track what children are doing on their phones. I bought the service however, I only made a single purchase of $82.60 but after I made this purchase the next loading screen on their website let me know that they ALSO charged me an additional $61.39 for "tech support", which is DID NOT agree to purchase. I emailed them telling them I didn't pay for 'support' and asking what were the benefits of 'support', and that I'd much rather have my money back. I get an email a few days later: "Dear Customer, Thank you for your email. If you have not used the mAssistance service and you think you will not use it in the future, we suggest that we convert your payment into 1 month of the Premium package and extend your subscription accordingly, so, in total, you will receive 4 months Premium plan for no extra fee. Please let us know if this offer is suitable, and we will proceed with this service for you. Awaiting your response! Best Regards, Kim Hobbes Billing Manager" That obviously didn't answer my question because I wasn't complaining about the service. I was complaining about the unauthorized purchase of $61.39 that I wanted put back into my account. At this point I was annoyed with their business practice of taking the $61.39 out of my account without my permission and wanted a full refund. This was my email to them: "Hi Kim, I will kindly reject your offer. I would just like the full refund before my refund period expires. Thank you." The billing manager then writes back a few days later: "Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting mSpy! We understand your concern. However, we make decisions regarding the reimbursement based on our Refund Policy. Check the link: https://www.mspy.com/refund-policy.html. Note that when purchasing mSpy, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the mSpy Refund Policy. Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with your refund request since it contradicts mSpy Refund Policy. As an option, we suggest covering mAssistance for 3 months and extending your subscription accordingly. Would that be suitable for you? Always happy to hear from you. Appreciate your cooperation. Best Regards, Kim Hobbes Billing Manager" Again, the $61.39 was an UNAUTHORIZED charge on my account and I need that back. But upon reviewing their refund policy (because at this point I also want the $82.60 refunded to me) there are pretty much NO exceptions when it comes to refunds. Basically making this service non-refundable. Which is misleading because on their website it says they WILL give you a refund so as long as the reasoning for the refund doesn't violate their refund policy. One of the non-refundable reasons stated in their policy is : "personal reasons (I’ve changed my mind, I’ve made a purchase by mistake, Software was not used, etc.);" Which is very broad. I need my $61.39 put back into my account and I would like you to investigate them for their shady refund policy which has pretty much NO exceptions when they clearly state on their website they WILL give you a refund back within 14 days.

Purchased online, charge came up as Pollingpul ecommerce

www.pullingpu TX merchant type : Computer software stores

Email was sent very descriptive, every step of the delivery was sent, from cargo, custom clearance , abroad the seas, arrival at port etc. pop up tent purchase  the confirmation website was Pollingpulse charge  cant remember initial website.  They replied by email  and had me update when the tent was coming from. When it boards customs,  out at sea, in the ports and out to be delivered by EMS.   Not sure what EMS is but it is now Feb 25,2024 and nobody has returned my calls or email.

The products on the site are shown to be a decent quality but what was received was a much lower quality. The sizing shown online is also incorrect. Then when you try to return, even when the product is distinctly different from what was ordered, you are required to cover the full shipping cost which is more than the return cost would be.

I tried to reach out several times via email and received no response. The initial delivery time was meant to be 6-8 weeks and after four months there was still no answer. I then found out then some of my friends had ordered with that same company before and never received any goods. I had to file a dispute with my bank and am waiting to get the money back.

They claim to send a personalized pet pillow, but never send the product

- Willow Springs, IL, USA

When doing some on line comparison shopping for a gas grill, the scammer offered the product for $150 less than the legitimate vendors. The tactic used was a long processing and shipping wait of 7 to 10 business days.

I placed the order on February 06, 2024 and started really looking into it just now. The charge on my bank statement (I used a debit card) reads: “FABRIX CWMBRAN GBR $464.99.

As it turns out, CWMBRAN is a town in Wales and GBR stands for Great Britain United Kingdom. The address the scammer listed does not exist:

936 Kiehn Route

West Ned, Tennessee 11230, USA

Now I look and see that Tennessee is spelled out and the zip code belongs to Brooklyn, NY.

No one ever responded to the scammer’s “live chat” nor picked up the phone.

I searched for a missing part for a tool that I have and found https://www.wenproductstool.com. I ordered the part and a day later got an international charge alert on my credit card. The amount ($49.41) was different than for the order that I placed ($45). But I see now that there is no email address or phone number on the website to contact the company. I received an email from [email protected] with the order information and that I could reply to [email protected] if I had questions or comments. The site https://wenproducts.com/ seems to be the legitimate business web site.

I purchase $110 of Halloween window decorations. I never received the merchandise. The items were paid thru PayPal. I disputed it with PayPal. Coolinary provided a false document showing merchandise received. The tracking number was not for a U.S. carrier. I asked Coolinary what carrier and they told me local post office. I went to the post office and was told the post office uses no such tracking ID’s. I contacted Coolinary with information my post office provided. They ghosted me. PayPal used invalid tracking info falsely provided by the merchant. Absolutely the merchandise was never delivered and PayPal would not remove charge.

Ordered car dryer that was advertised to be able to remove snow from car and was sent pocket fan that looked and worked nothing like advertised.

I ordered a beautiful gold, fringed dress. Today I received a cheap, thin white slip.

After ordering, I tried to contact the business via email AND phone, but received no reply by email and the phone number has too many digits. I used CashApp and have requested a refund by them. After 3 weeks My SHOP app notified me that my item had been sent with a picture of the beautiful gold dress I had ordered.

After receiving the "item" I again checked my order confirmation email, which previously said "no shipping available", now it's showing that it came from the address shown above and on my package.

- Greenbrae, CA, USA

This website claims to sell high end clothing, but it is not near the quality they claim and when I tried to contact them for a return, there is no response. The package took weeks to deliver and came straight from China. The website does not have a phone number and they do not response to email inquiries. There are no actual instructions on how to return the item.

- Brooklyn, NY, USA

I ordered 3 wigs from their website. I received 3 totally different and cheaper wigs a week later. When I contacted them they said I would have to pay all shipping costs and port fees including insurance to ship them back to China to be considered for a refund. They offered a $15.00 refund if I keep the wrong wigs.

- Ridgewood, NY, USA

This jewelry and other accessories website claims to be selling the products of a Hollywood actress: Rebecca Romjin by using the name of her own jewelry brand. However, it has no connection whatsoever to her or the products she makes or designs. Please investigate.

- East Meadow, NY, USA

I purchased 3 items from the website blooroy.com. The return policy said easy returns email to get authorization. When I initiated a return I was emailed back with a offering of 15.00 then 25.00 then 60.00. The about section on the webpage says all products are made and shipped from South Carolina. There's no phone number to call. I was emailed back and told If I want my money back I have to ship the items back to Dubai. This website is using the South Carolina as a description of where the items are made and shipped. This is a scam website of location and product being made.

- Alpharetta, GA, USA

This website www.select-football.com is using stolen images from Unisport and trademarks from Select Sport to represent an actual webshop and brand. We've been contacted multiple times about customers that have attempted to order through this webshop and have never received their goods.

- Brooklyn, NY, USA

The website seems legit and they said they have fast deliveries with the US. Immediately upon checking the tracking info it said it was coming from China, was in transit for a full month, and when I complained about how long it was taking they said it would be delivered within 30 days or they'd send a new product. On the 28th day I checked and it was still in transit so I reached out again. Two days later they replied and said it had been delivered and I must have missed it. The tracker then said it had been delivered 5 days before I had sent the second email inquiry, implying that it was a fake tracker since it clearly had been in transit on that day. Once I said this to them they refused to send me a new product, said it had been delivered, and that they'd offer $15 off my next purchase.

Hello I purchased a dress for a party.

It was a yellow dress. The dress came. It was poor quality and had a big rip where the sleeve meets the chest. The return policy is a full refund if damaged. I emailed them with pictures of the dress. The first time I emailed them with pictures of the rip and they stated the need more pictures because they couldn’t see the rip. The second time I emailed them with more pictures they responded.

“Dear *******,

We are really sorry for the inconvenience, we strive to ensure all our customers receive the service they expect so thank you for providing us with an opportunity to assist you.

Unfortunately, cause your dress is shipped directly from the factory, we are afraid we have to say that the return may not be acceptable.

And even if you return the product, the international shipping fee also costs, how about we issue you a 25% refund of the product price and you can keep it as casual wear?

Your kind understanding would be highly appreciated.

Best Regards

STYLELADYS”

I would like to report this as scam. Also I can not wear this as casual wear because it is quite a large rip. Additionally, it said in their return policy that damaged items are fully refundable.
