Website claimed to sell brand name merch, but I received a cheap counterfeit.

- New York, NY, USA • Jun 12, 2024

Company uses influencer ads to make their product look legititmate, pants came with strings hanging off seems and smaller than advertised. You cannot tell until you make your purchase and recieve tracking that it is a Chinese company. Return policy says you can return but they are not responsible for shipping cost- when you attempt to return they try to negotiate 20%, then 40% of money back because shipping will too expensive to make a full refund worth it (I spent $108) and they have not given me an address after several days of back and forth (1 correspondance a day so they can run out their return policy.) There are reviews online saying they recieved addresses that appear to be fake.

This is a scam. They sell a $2 dollar hose nozzle with a $1 extender for $30 they only refund 35% which is only $10 so they’re making $17 for every $ 3 dollar nozzle they scam someone with.

The scammer, "bridalsew" advertises dresses from designer dress websites and sends you a completely different dress. When asking for a refund they say keep the dress and we'll refund 40%. After telling them your going to take legal actions they increase the refund to 60%. I had to report it with my credit card company

- Pound Ridge, NY, USA • Apr 17, 2024

Lintico shipped me a completely different item than i ordered. They asked me to send pictures for verification which i did (clear pictures showing the obvious differences: no buttons/pockets/different waistline and length) They responded saying that "the product aligns with what i ordered" and refused a refund offering only store credit. After doing some research, this is a conmon occurrence with them. They respond quickly to increase their response time rating to make them appear ethical.

It’s not legit. They are a Chinese based company that has stolen from over 50 brands mainly Christian based brands. They also stole designs from me as well. They steal designs then send you a terrible quality product. It’s not just fashioze, it’s part of a bigger scam that involves multiple websites. When they get exposed they just make more websites like cockroaches. Almost every image on their site can be traced to the actual brand if y’all just run their pictures through Google image search. I have exposed them on social media multiple times. It even got to the point that they were aware of me exposing them, they blocked me, then turned one of their sites into a home decor site. Don’t waste your money. The sites that are connected are Loveciss, Chicivs, Fashioze, etc. Here’s a video I made exposing them - ***********************************

For months, I was bombarded with their instagram advertisements featuring shape wear. Eventually, I gave in and decided to order some. I ordered on their website and paid for 3 pairs of shape underwear at what they claimed was a discounted rate. I contacted customer service two weeks later to complain that my order hadn’t shipped. I got an email back saying they were sorry and that they would look into it. 10 more days went by and I hadn’t heard anything. I again contacted customer service, and went to complain via Instagram where I saw they had deleted a bunch of their posts and comments. I commented on their page that they were clearly a scam and that I would be reporting them to the BBB. A few days later, I received a reply from customer service and an email claiming my order had shipped. Attached was a fake tracking number. Their website claims that they are located in Australia, but the fake tracking number was from China.

I contacted the company when I had not received my order and they requested I check with the post office and then offered a 10% refund. There is no record of the package with the shipping information provided.

Our company signed up for a free trial of the service. We entered credit card information beforehand in order to do so. Our team used features like influencer email lists within the free limit as communicated on the website. We were unexpectedly charged twice for a premium monthly subscription before the limit was hit. We assumed it was a website error. We were never shown a subscribe button. I emailed support to get a refund. They refunded us $499 but there is still $499 remaining that we are owed for the mistake. I have spoken to their staff, who are very unprofessional and argumentative on the phone. They said they would forward the issue to their CEO to confirm the remainder of the refund. I still have not received it after 10 email attempts and counting. I would like to make my issue public so other people do not fall victim to the same thing. The company is based in Israel so I'm not sure if I can get support from ScamPulse.com but I will try anyway.

I purchased an online service through the company mspy, which is a secret phone monitoring service so parents can track what children are doing on their phones. I bought the service however, I only made a single purchase of $82.60 but after I made this purchase the next loading screen on their website let me know that they ALSO charged me an additional $61.39 for "tech support", which is DID NOT agree to purchase. I emailed them telling them I didn't pay for 'support' and asking what were the benefits of 'support', and that I'd much rather have my money back. I get an email a few days later: "Dear Customer, Thank you for your email. If you have not used the mAssistance service and you think you will not use it in the future, we suggest that we convert your payment into 1 month of the Premium package and extend your subscription accordingly, so, in total, you will receive 4 months Premium plan for no extra fee. Please let us know if this offer is suitable, and we will proceed with this service for you. Awaiting your response! Best Regards, Kim Hobbes Billing Manager" That obviously didn't answer my question because I wasn't complaining about the service. I was complaining about the unauthorized purchase of $61.39 that I wanted put back into my account. At this point I was annoyed with their business practice of taking the $61.39 out of my account without my permission and wanted a full refund. This was my email to them: "Hi Kim, I will kindly reject your offer. I would just like the full refund before my refund period expires. Thank you." The billing manager then writes back a few days later: "Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting mSpy! We understand your concern. However, we make decisions regarding the reimbursement based on our Refund Policy. Check the link: https://www.mspy.com/refund-policy.html. Note that when purchasing mSpy, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the mSpy Refund Policy. Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with your refund request since it contradicts mSpy Refund Policy. As an option, we suggest covering mAssistance for 3 months and extending your subscription accordingly. Would that be suitable for you? Always happy to hear from you. Appreciate your cooperation. Best Regards, Kim Hobbes Billing Manager" Again, the $61.39 was an UNAUTHORIZED charge on my account and I need that back. But upon reviewing their refund policy (because at this point I also want the $82.60 refunded to me) there are pretty much NO exceptions when it comes to refunds. Basically making this service non-refundable. Which is misleading because on their website it says they WILL give you a refund so as long as the reasoning for the refund doesn't violate their refund policy. One of the non-refundable reasons stated in their policy is : "personal reasons (I’ve changed my mind, I’ve made a purchase by mistake, Software was not used, etc.);" Which is very broad. I need my $61.39 put back into my account and I would like you to investigate them for their shady refund policy which has pretty much NO exceptions when they clearly state on their website they WILL give you a refund back within 14 days.

Purchased online, charge came up as Pollingpul ecommerce

www.pullingpu TX merchant type : Computer software stores

Email was sent very descriptive, every step of the delivery was sent, from cargo, custom clearance , abroad the seas, arrival at port etc. pop up tent purchase  the confirmation website was Pollingpulse charge  cant remember initial website.  They replied by email  and had me update when the tent was coming from. When it boards customs,  out at sea, in the ports and out to be delivered by EMS.   Not sure what EMS is but it is now Feb 25,2024 and nobody has returned my calls or email.

The products on the site are shown to be a decent quality but what was received was a much lower quality. The sizing shown online is also incorrect. Then when you try to return, even when the product is distinctly different from what was ordered, you are required to cover the full shipping cost which is more than the return cost would be.

- Brooklyn, NY, USA • Feb 24, 2024

I tried to reach out several times via email and received no response. The initial delivery time was meant to be 6-8 weeks and after four months there was still no answer. I then found out then some of my friends had ordered with that same company before and never received any goods. I had to file a dispute with my bank and am waiting to get the money back.
