Advertised painted pet portraits on bottles. Instead, they make a sticker of your photo and put it on a bottle. They offer 100% satisfaction. When you contact them, they bully you into accepting a 10% credit or a redo but you have to pay them excessive shipping cost - 1/2 the price of the product. More and more people are posting they are scammers. They put deceiving pictures up on social media but when someone complains they delete their comments.

I saw a Miller & Jones advertisement for Isabella boots. They advertised the boots as genuine leather, with laces and a 1.5-2 inch heel. Instead I received plastic shoes, with no heel, and velcro closures. I had to pay for my own shipping to return the boots. This would exceed the original price of the boots. This company was misleading with false advertising and incorrect info.

I ordered shoes from this company but when they were delivered they were too large. I notified the company but they said that the shoes had to be returned to China at my expense. Post office quote to make the return is $53.00. My follow up with this company gave me the option of getting 20% refund and keeping the shoes.

No where in their advertisement did they mention items had to be returned to China. The delivery address on the delivered package was Perth Amboy, NJ. I have discovered that many other people have been duped by this scam with no way to recover their loss.

Ordered a mineral crystal mug and received a resin mug painted by like a fifth grader. Came from China, but package stopped in Los Angeles and was painted and shipped from. Total scam not one bit of crystal on this cup. My dog could’ve done a bit of job painting it.

I purchased sunglasses which were advertised as smart technology sunglasses and when they arrived they were just cheap plastic sunglass. The company attempted to say they were out of stock and sent tgese in error but refused to send me the correct product or issue a refund

I purchased a jacket which I never received back in October. They sent me a pair of socks I thought that was odd and I’ve been waiting for the jacket for months. I tried to file a dispute and they don’t want to return my money.

The company Vousports was advertising Vouri brand clothing on their site at discounted prices. I ordered a number of items and should have released there was an issue as the first two attempts were rejected by American Express and Bank of America for their respective credit cards. The order went through and I was told delivery would take weeks. At this point and based on the tracking # I was given I realized that the goods would be shipping from China. That raised the 2nd flag to me that this company may not be legitimate. I tried to contact them, their website has no phone #, only a gmail account. Many emails were ignored. On the delivery day, I received a notification at 11am in the morning that my package was delivered that same day at 4:36pm from their tracking company, 17TRACK. Incredible that they could say what time it was delivered 5 hours in the future. Of course, there was no delivery. I also have security cameras that would have shown if there was an attempted delivery. I reached out to the company four more times to let them know the goods never arrived and that I wanted a refund for items never delivered.

The reviews are fake and the website is a scam! Ordered a water bottle from (the gourd one that's been going around everywhere) they show two different kinds of water bottles in the pictures, one is a screw off with no accessories like the brush cleaner and the other is the one everyone wants, the pull off one with all the accessories. They send you the terrible screw off top one that's smaller, made of cheap material, the straps looks like a dog chewed on them and comes with no accessories just a stupid keychain. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! ITS A SCAM AND THEY DELETE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND POST FAKE ONES YOU WILL NOT GET WHATS PICTURED IN THE "REVIEWS"!!!!!

I was online looking for a bed for my bedroom when I came across the Donoma website. I saw that the beds were cheap so I decided to check it out and saw a bed that I liked. So I decided to pay for it because I needed a bed and it said once I paid for the bed it would get shipped on the 20 of October. Never was shipped and still isn't shipped. Every time I ask for a refund the email doesn't work. Then I received an email stating that I completed the order and would be shipped. I constantly send refund requests and all the emails say that I purchased Norton Virus for over $300.00 and bought Bitcoins. Complete fraud and games I had enough and want my money back

I have made multiple attempts to contact the merchant at 929-472-2287 without receiving any response. I also sent an email to [email protected] but have not received a reply. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the item I purchased.

The company advertises on Instagram, appearing to be an American company. They advertise cashmere sweaters for a good price (for cashmere). I only became aware the sweaters were coming from China when I was informed of a delay-- the parcel took one month to arrive. The product is a cheap, polyester product that has never seen cashmere.

I was looking for gift for grandaughters who wanted Stanley cups for Christmas. I thought would be fun to put their name and characters on. I found this site and when I received it was not per description. Was suppose to be Stanley cup not any ole tumbler. When emailed customer service they seem to be aware of wording of false advertising but not willing to make right. I consider this a bait and switch act. My fault not reading reviews as there are others who were just as unhappy as me. I believe they should be reported and forced to change the description and take Stanley out of their product description that way no one is mislead when purchasing.

Email confirmation was sent with order, tracking order of package was sent, ***************, package status eventually said delivered but no delivery, contact support at email [email protected] and they keep saying they will issue me refund in 25 days, thank you, then same email when I follow up in 25 days, been about 5 months now and no refund just emails saying sorry we’re working on it.

Ordered clothing from this site, but part of the order never arrived in spite of being stated as delivered. The other portion of the order received was all incorrect sizes from the size guide listed on the website. The policy for returns is to email [email protected], however there has been no reply in over a week after previously responses when part of my order was still pending to be delivered within 48hrs.

The storefront docenin shows home related goods, like small furniture and decor. Their Contact Us page cites a totally different company name than Docenin, which is Orange Agilent Technology LLC and states a physical location in Sheridan Wyoming. A Google search reveals their address has been flagged for other scam companies from China. The scam is that you will believe you are buying one item shown on their website, but receive another that's significantly inferior, cheaper, and lacking many features of the desired product. Contacting them about this glaring discrepancy resulted in a "boiler plate" apology and then an offer to "give it to someone you know as a gift" or take a 5% discount. The item bought was $30 USD and this item isn't worth more than $6 USD. Presently going through the PayPal dispute process.

Online the pictures were photoshopped. I placed the order on June 6 and was to be delivered in up to 2 weeks. When I inquired after 4 weeks they stated it was a custom made product and would arrive in mid July. I asked for a refund several times as the dresses were for a wedding on July 6th. They offered a credit of $10 credit. When one dress arrived it was the wrong material so I asked for a refund and return label. They offered $18 USD instead. That is when I realized I was scammed. I haven’t seen any money returned as of yet

Posed as a an online furniture company. Been trying to reach them for the past week to cancel order. Only want communite is initially through a bot that keeps sending you back to the question do you want to cancel order. It then took me to an email form. They said they will get back to you in 24 hours. I am still not getting any response after a week. There is no other way to reach them. There is a lot of other chatter online about this company being a fraud
