I purchased $81 of way too small, horrible quality clothing. When I reached out for a refund, they proposed a $15 credit and to keep the items. I replied that I wanted a refund and followed their instructions - to ship the items back (at my expense - $14), provide the tracking number, and they would process the refund upon receipt of the return.

Well, you can guess what happened…… They received the items, and never answered another one of my emails! So now I’m not only out $81, I’m out $95 — and they have the clothing back!!!

PayPal could not provide buyer protection since I received the order.

I ordered a tread mill back in May 2023 and never received my package or anything else from them. I have multiple emails from the said company stating that I would receive it and to be patient. After not receiving it in the 15 days they claimed it would take for it to arrive, I'm still waiting. After reaching out on multiple occasions, I'm still out of $49.97. Which they have told me over and over again I would be receiving. They have lied by giving me bogus tracking numbers and messages in Chinese. Still nothing and they still have not given me a refund, it's now September. I just want my full refund and be done with this company. I am tired of the back and forth and it going no where. My bank wants me to try to resolve it on my own first. I will not give up until we all get our money from these scammers.

Ordered some c-clamps from profishop, money was taken but never received product. Nothing for return or order status works on the website and no phone number to contact them. I want my money back!

The company lied that they were based in Florida. Instead they shipped items (supposed to be plants from China). It took them over a month to arrive, but it’s not plants. They sent a cheap pair of headsets instead.

I ordered 3 shirts. The order took 6 weeks to get to me - not a big deal, however, the 3 shirts would fit a 12 yr old child. It was a joke - not adult shirts at all. I ordered off their direct website - not even a 3rd party site. I asked for a refund within 7 days of getting the order. I cannot get a refund - customer service offered me 10% THEN 20% off.

I want to return these shIrts just like their policy states and get a refund. Also, the company website shows 'made in South Carolina." Except al the packaging shows ' Made in China." I send the "SKU" numbers back to them, just as asked, so I could get a " return auth." All lies. a total SCAM.

I recently made a purchase of a bag on their website and it was shipped to Paris. I live in the states and I never received it. I made multiple attempts to contact the company and they stated it would be shipped 15-20 business days and that I should wait. I asked for a refund and haven't received it yet.

The company sells products that they never deliver. They then create fake invoice of refund once customer service is contacted, but refund is never issued.

I purchased the wagon that I did not receive. I contact the company to find out where my package is. They said it was delivered. I told him I did not receive it. They then suggested I contact the delivery company. I did not receive the package and wanted a refund. They say they were going to refund me and I did not receive the money. One of the thing about this company is that they lie and say that it’s made in America. It implies that the companies in America and I seriously doubt it since everything e-mail correspondence had Mandarin or some sort of Asian writing.

I placed an order in May 25, 2023 for a Pikler Triangle for my daughter. The website said it would ship on June 26. Shortly before June 26, an email was sent saying that there were delays and the item would arrive on Aug 4. On August 4 when I hadn’t received an item I emailed them asking when it would arrive. They responded the following day that the item would ship on August 4 - using future tense for a past date. On Aug 6 I got another email saying that their shipping department was on weekends, but that they would contact me on Monday. I sent three follow-up emails on Monday, including letting them know that if I didn’t hear from them, I would report them for fraud. I didn’t receive a single email comments on their social media indicate that this has happened to other customers as well.

Claims clothing made in South Carolina but is cheaply made and sent from Asia…misrepresented.

Company said clothes are made in USA, they are not. Poor quality, and even if they say they will refund in 30 days on their website they will not. Save your money, cheap foreign made clothes

They said lost in transit. Then offered to give me just part of the money. I refused then offered to send full refund except shipping. I refused. After that they have not answered me. They continue to say they are going to refund and never do.

Received item extremely poor quality and wanted to return. Had to email Rutave to start the return process. They kept emailing that they would first refund me $15 and I could keep the item and I decline. Then emailed again saying they would credit me $25 and I declined again saying I would send the item back and I would like a full refund. Have not heard anything from them since.

frozenchickenexporter.com a bogus website. Marcelo Assis (with a business card, copy of passport of Brazil ) claimed his title is International sales manager at Seara ailments Ltda in Brazil. He could supply large volumes of frozen chicken from Seara, payment terms of 30% TT upon invoice and 70%TT upon BL, which I searched online and found the photo online is different than the passport. Try to verify via his WhatsApp (#55-21-3500 1924) he stops the responses. Be aware.

Ordered dress from Vala Nio, www.valanio.com. Website states "30 Days Easy Return/Exchange" and "Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt. We don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer service."

But when contacted, the company offers "we will refund $9 and you can keep item". When pushed back, they upped amount to $13. When pushed for RMA and address, they said "the return address is in Dubai and it will cost you too much to return the item". In other words, they have a "no return" policy. Searching the web, others had the same experience.

I purchased a projector and screen that was supposed to come with a tripod for free. It shipped directly from China and the quality is awful. Feels like a plastic toy. Doesn’t work. The screen is completely see through. The amount of money I paid for these items was not equal to the quality of them at all. I reached out to return and the response was defiant and then they ignored me when I reached out for a third time to try and return the item. I looked them up online and apparently this is happening to everyone who buys this item from them. It’s all they sell.

I purchased 2 articles of clothing described in glowing terms. they are misfitting and made of very poor material. I emailed the company to return, and was offered a fraction of the price back, then a slightly more, then the following. I am not returning the merchandise as I am afraid I will be out of pocket for the goods plus postage as I see this company is a known scammer. I would rather lose the $81 than deal with them. They were just stringing me along.

They are supposedly selling seafood online. I paid for overnight shipping five days ago. They now say it takes between 3-5 days to get the order ready. I have received no order number, tracking number, receipt, or any other correspondence from them
