Ordered clothing totaling 249 from CHERIEDAY, clothes delivered, items did not fit, contacted service for instruction of return. They gave me the run around on the return with the following emails:

4/23 What items do u want to return and why?

4/24 mentioned they would gladly help with return, no instructions provided, instead offered to refund my card $56 out of the 249 I spent and could keep clothes. I said no, provide instructions, address for return

4/28 offered $189 gift card and keep clothes, still no instructions for return

4/30 Offered 140 and keep clothes, finally provided return with all kinds of stipulations for the return and I got feeling that they would not accept return even if I fully complied with how they wanted returned. I accepted the $140 and keeping clothes. Will definitely not be a return customer.

This company relies heavily on social media influence for consumer interest, and markets itself as a small business in the U.S. However, once items are purchased, it was discovered that (1) the items are actually shipped from a factory outsourced in China, (2) it took close to 4 weeks for the items to arrive, (3) items were poor quality, and (4) items came damaged. Contact with the company in regards to a return & refund has been both fruitless and difficult, with emails going back and forth for nearly 2 weeks with no resolution. The emails from the company representative were unprofessional, and a refusal to allow me to speak to either another representative or provide a phone number to contact directly.

I placed an order on Cettire.com on 3/23/23 for two dresses of the same style but different color. I kept the black one and returned the white one in the exact condition it was received. I requested a return label for the white dress on April 6th and promptly returned the dress. Several weeks later, on April 26th, Cettire wrote me an email stating they were shipping the dress back to me and not refunding me because it was not in resaleable condition as the "tag had been removed" and "was dirty", neither of which I did. They sent supposed pictures for evidence, one in which the tag is clearly not removed. I contacted them to try to resolve this as the dress was sent back in the exact condition it was received and very clearly with the tag still on, and they refused to help stating: We consider this case closed, and will no longer be responding to it.

After searching online for more information on CETTIRE, I realized this is something they do frequently to customers and have now read multiple incidents reported online about this company's fraudulent practices of rejecting returns and sometimes even shipping the wrong item to a customer and then refusing the return. Truly despicable behavior from a company and obviously egregiously fraudulent. I am asking ScamPulse.com to please help all of the customers who have been scammed by CETTIRE and prevent any future customers from being scammed by them.

I ordered a device that would allow me to use apple car play on my car with a very simple plug and play functionality. on the page, they compared the new technology with the old devices that require a professional to install in the car. I received the old technology and only wanted to refund me 30% and I had to pay for shipping to China, which would put me in the negative.

Ordered two self-watering eco-stained planter boxes online from “bolleth” (now linked to planterbeds.com), given tracking number from China Post, but received two garden gloves sent from the same Texas address like others. Disputed with merchant, first they asked to return the gloves to China (I need to pay shipping and custom duty), later, proposed to give 10%refund, but NOT sending ordered items!!!

The website stole images from a reputable company (Spanx) which sells the real item for $90 more than Matorn. When the item arrived it did not match the description posted on the website nor the pictures listed. When a return was attempted to be initiated the seller indicated that I would be responsible for the full cost of shipping, estimated to be approximately $40.

The dress was advertised that it was made and shipped from S. Carolina - the ONLY reason I ordered it. It was nothing like the description and reviews on the website, did not come close to fitting me. I was offered $10 as a refund.

I ordered from the site and did not receive a tracking number or any updates at all on the purchase. When I reached out they gave me a tracking number but I can’t remember if it worked. They finally sent the dress I ordered which is terrible quality. I tried returning it and they said don’t they’d offer store credit (why would I want that?). I worked with it through my bank Discover thinking this would be the end of it. With chase whenever something like this happened there was an investigation and I could move on from the issue. Discover waited 3 months to reverse my provisional credit. I’m heated I don’t want the dress and neither does the company. I’m getting so irritated that the next step I’ll have to take is suing the company.

I placed an order for a table lamp on Feb 7 through this Living and Company online with credit card. My card was charged on Feb 11. When I placed the order, their website showed item would be shipped in 10 business days, so I waited until Feb 19 and emailed them. I got a reply said “the order will be shipped around Feb 24.” I didn’t hear anything until Feb 28, so I just emailed them again because It was supposed to be a gift. They replied with “We expect to receive the product at the end of this week / begin next week.” which means they don’t have the item in stock at all but to sell it first. Form here, they started using weeks instead of days. On March 14, which is two weeks away from what they promised, I emailed them again and said it was too late, but this time they didn’t reply anything except an automated response like “we will ship this week and asap”. I waited for a couple of days and still didn’t receive any notice from them, so I contacted my bank directly to dispute this transaction. And on March 29, I suddenly received an email from PostNL said there will be a package shipped to me from Netherlands. I emailed them again said I had already disputed this transaction and they can cancel the order and refund. But I got a super rude reply said “what do you mean?” I repeated the whole story again and said I felt very disappointed with them. They replied an email with threaten message said “we will forward this to our debtcollector since orders from the USA cannot be cancelled or returned according to our terms, which you agreed with.” That’s a totally scam and fraud. Even checking on the tracking number from PostNL, there is nothing at all that will be shipped. It shows the post office haven’t received any package from sender. And this company is trying to scam and send my information to debt collector. I would like to report this and seek protection from BBB. Please help. Thanks.

Sent incorrect product and will not provide refund. Only provides the following return address: 1F, Block B, 108-120 Fengping Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China

After asking to confirm return address, they keep asking that the incorrect product is kept, and offers a full refund only if incorrect product is returned. But, if the incorrect product is kept then refund would be 40%, then 60% then 70% then 82%.

There was an add for a dress on Instagram, which led me to buy the merchandise. After receiving the item, i realized it was falsely advertised. The dress i received was completely different from what was advertised.

I have been going back and forth with the customer support, who refuse to let me return the item. Even though their website says returns are acceptable within 14 days. Through the back and forth, they asked me to “give the dress to someone else” since I don’t won’t it, as well as offered me 2 dollars, then 5 and now 8.

Complete scam. Do not buy from this website.

I went on what I thought was a reputable hair company website to purchase hair. I ended up purchasing 2 wigs for a total of around $600 dollars on my credit card. They contacted me via email the next day after confirmation of payment and asked me if I wanted to return my wigs and get a refund and purchase again through PayPal to receive a $20 discount. I told them no because it was already paid and to just ship my wig. Four days later they sent me a text telling me they needed a screenshot of proof that I paid for the wigs for confirmation before they shipped my wigs and they had already taken the money from my card. I have sent several emails to get a refund on my order with no response back from them. They have not shipped my wigs yet and refuse to give me back my money. I am at a lost of $600 dollars.
