Selling girdles.

I paid over $137 for two completed custom eyeshadow palettes. I spent an extensive amount of time of the Lethal Cosmetics website using their pallete builder tool. I specifically purchased from Lethal because this tool allowed me to choose the order that my shadows would be placed in. What I received was not built palettes. I received two empty palettes with loose - and damaged - eyeshadows. I immediately contacted Lethal to tell them my order was wrong and damaged. That message and three more were ignored for over a week. Finally someone responded and said they don’t ship built palettes, despite the website never telling me that. Two reps, Melanie and Kai, have both admitted repeatedly in writing that they were never going to sell me the built palettes I paid for. They advertised and accepted money - a lot of money at that - for items they never intended to provide. That is the definition of fraud.

Website advertises false products and ships completely different products.

I ordered a lounge chair that was on sale for $40. After 5 weeks I emailed the address on the website. Somebody did answer me back and said something about check the post office. Then I knew that I had got scammed.

- Saint Petersburg, FL, USA

Dress initially listed under another Shop name that changed names after placing the order. The original email with confirmation came from the new Ongitecoude Shop name. Item was listed as coming from the USA but was shipping from Eastern Europe and first documented in Poland to be shipped to USA. The item purchased was drastically very different with its description, with different material, sizing, and significantly lower quality. The front bust area of the dress is actually damaged. Dress was purchased for $47.20 USD after shipping. The dress took 5 plus weeks to ship from Europe to the USA. The item looks and feels like it should costs less than $5 usd, and is generally falling apart. Bad business and very poor quality.

This is a completely scam website. The photos were stolen off of other retail websites. It is supposedly based in Hong Kong in a spa inside a shopping mall. My son lived and worked in Hong Kong. The scammer's business address is located in the Wan Chai district where the address is provided, yet the telephone number is located in Northern Michigan. The 'representative' I spoke to uses two English names combined; a classic sign of scammer. My son has been in the field of technology for ten years and is a computer analyst and knows all about scammers' tricks such as that one. This 'representative' has a strong Chinese accent and clearly is not working in Hong Kong since he was clueless about many of the landmarks I named, had never heard of Peng Chau and had no idea that Hong Kong is made up of over 250 islands to which ferries run on a regular (which is how my son got to and from his job at an American company on the main island). The photos are enticing and I ordered two blouses and then checked a reputable US site for reviews and there were over 400 negative reviews that women never received any merchandise from this scammer, had their money stolen, or received cheap falling apart junk MADE IN CHINA after waiting weeks for it to be delivered. The shipping costs are incredibly high. He tried to insist I never placed an order and had no record of my email, yet he sent me an 'confirmation order number'. When I pointed this out, he told me that it would take up to a week for my order to show up in his 'system'. I don't think so. It will never show up because what he is doing is illegal.

I wanted some hoodies for Halloween last year I ordered in September never received anything I contacted them in November and December and they lied about returning the payment. Every time I tried to request a refund through my bank it was canceled. That’s my fault I lost my money but maybe some one else won’t get ******* like me.

My wife wanted a mother's day, custom t-shirt from Welovejewel.com. I ordered the shirt a week before Mother's Day and did not receive it until a month later. The shirt was wrong. I wanted my two daughters names on the shirt and instead got a shirt with three names that were incorrect. I paid $45.89 total with shipping. I am currently going back and forth with customer service trying to get a new shirt. The customer service representative is offering me a 20% discount to buy a new shirt. They also said that the buyer would be responsible for paying for shipping to send the incorrect shirt back. They are refusing to make a new shirt and send it to me at their cost, and refusing to give me a refund.

I placed an order for clothing at curvedream.com on 5/1/2023. Upon receipt, the clothing was too small and nothing like picures or adviertsiment. On 5/10/2023, I emailed [email protected] to request a refund. Their website instructs customers NOT to return items via the address shown on packaging and to request an address to return itmes. I am in receipt of approximately 26 emails requesting the refund/return iformation as it states in their instructions. This online company will NOT respond to any emails. I then opened a dispute with my credit card company. Please be advised that this company takes your credit card information and then turns it into a PAYPAL account. I do not have a PAYPALaccount. Once my credit card company contacted them, I recevied emails with Curvedream offering me first $36 to keep the merchandise and then a recent email offering $54 to keep the merchandise. I forwarded all correspondence to my credit card company. I am so disappointed that my credit card company did not support my efforts on a refund becuase they advised me that Curvedream responded to them on 5/28/2023 stating that they did provide a return address. However, I did not receive that information until after the fact on 6/5/2023. Please see the recent email below:

Please be advised that I have deleted my personal information included in this email. Also, please note how Curvedream is offering options in the form of money to keep the merchandise which is unheard of. The next option is the offer of additional credit and the third option is to send mechandise back to an address provided in the email which is not an address in which it was shipped from. As of today, 6/8/2023 and as advised by my credit card company, I have returned the merchandise to the address provided which i have incurred a $16.00 fee to do so. I have emailed Curvedream of the tracking # and requested a refund upon their receipt of the returned merchandise.

In addition, I have read the numerous online reviews/complaints from others who have and or is experiencing the same unethical business "doings" by this online company. Please see Trustpilot.com and De-Reviews.com where many complaints are being posted. Again, this has been an ongoing effort of requesting a refund and an address to retrun the merchandise back to. so, in closing, this online company has taken payment from my credit card and turned it into a PAYPAL acct., has been negligent in responding to emails, is using different addresses, can not be reached any other way than email, offers money to keep merchandise. I have also read that they have also changed their name previous to Curvedream. I assume once they are found out they then try to find another way to keep this terrible scheme going and to noticeably wear the customer out, in the hopes that some would jus give up! I will admit, I have been very tired of dealing with this and I just want my refund and to be done with this awful company.</[email protected]>

I ordered a dress online. When it didn't show the expedited shipping I had requested I immediately tried to contact them. That is when I realized the company was in China. I have not been able to reach them at all. The dress did arrive, but it was not the fabric or even made like the picture online showed. I will keep the dress because I don't want to spend more money to ship it back to China. (If I did I doubt it would turn out correctly.) I just want others to know not to order anything from them. Also, I have left a message with the local ScamPulse.com office to ask about the web address. It has "https" which I thought indicated a "secure" website, which I do not feel is correct.

- Brooklyn, NY, USA

I placed an order on May 14 on the website. The shipping is estimated 10-15 days. As of now, the order was not shipped yet. I made an attempt to reach to the support through email [email protected] 3 days ago but did not receive any response. What is more suspicious to me is that there are numerous comments regarding undelivered or lost parcels that people placed weeks and even months ago indicating this occur on a regular basis. Comment section is here https://eyecandys.com/pages/contact-us. The location of the business is Avril Group Limited, Flat C 22F, 235 Wing Lok St Trade Center, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

I paid by debit card 50 dollars for a electric bike and received nothing

- Bridgeton, NC, USA

I purchased from this company because in its "Our Story" from its Web page it states: "Lsoru.com is proud to offer its great products at fabulous prices to customers across the globe. Our company is based in the USA, so our products are all made and shipped from South Carolina. In addition to bolstering the global economy by increasing jobs, it also means a speedier delivery for our customers." They obviously are NOT made and shipped from South Carolina because I wanted to return the dresses for a smaller size and I kept getting excuses and offers of partial refund and no way to contact them other than email, which also obviously was not USA from the grammar used. After several emails back and forth, the last one I received said (and I have all of these emails and replies): "Sorry, US$46 is our best offer as compensation, could you accept it? Our return address is in Dubai, it’s not worth to return for you. Anything we can do for you, Please feel free to contact us via [email protected]

Best regards Lsoru 24/7 Service Team [email protected] https://www.lsoru.com." I finally accept the $46, which meant I lost $39.98 of my original investment. I have the dresses, which I will give to a local charity. So: While not a total scam, it's a bald-faced lie about: "Our company is based in the USA, so our products are all made and shipped from South Carolina."

Site said if info was not found no fee would be charged. Took my $.99 from debit card and said for $89. A more thorough search would be done. I did not consent. Three days later they attempted to take $89. From my debit card.

I ordered clothes from this website. The quality was very poor and the products did not look anything like the pictures. I tried to return them and instead of giving me back my money, they just wanted to give me back a very small portion of it. I continue to disagree and they told me the most they would send me back is $60 of my $192, they would not let me return the products

I purchased a wig and what came was not what was advertised. I emailed about getting a refund and was told they will refund 15% of purchase price. I told them the item was not what was advertised then they game me a china address as return address.

- Purchased 2 coaster sets + keychain in April. Received 1 coaster set +key chain. Then received a random coaster set I did not order in place of the third one.

- Have e-mailed and sent facebook messages repeatedly to either get a refund or get the coaster set I originally asked for. Have been offered a refund between $4 - $8 for the $16.75 coaster set.

- While I know it's not a huge amount, I went on facebook and read many other comments of this exact same thing happening to others. Personally I think they are purposefully sending the incorrect items in order to make more money.

- I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

- I am uploading the e-mail and fb conversations.
