I RECEIVED TWO PHONE CALLS ON APRIL 23 2018 FROM # 929 800-4186 & APRIL 24 2018 # 646-396-8331 SAYING THEIR ARE 4 ERRORS AND ALLEGATIONS AGAINST ME( FROM FILING MY TAXES) AND MY NAME AND TO CALL THIS # WITHIN 24 OF EXPIRATION OTHER WISE I WILL BE ARRESTED TODAY . I CALLED BACK THE 646-396-8331 BC THE OTHER NUMBER WAS EXPIRED ALREADY , AND SOME GUY ANSWERED VERY HARD TO HEAR AND UNDERSTAND. I ASKED HIM SEVERL TIMES WHERE AM I CALLING , HE SAID NOTHING AND I HUNG UP . I CALLED THAT SAME NUMBER AGAIN AND A WOMEN ANSWERED , SHE REFUSED TO GIVE HER NAME I ASKED WHERE AM I CALLING SHE SAID WASHINGTON DC ( AND IT WAS REALLY HARD TO UNDERSTAND HER AND WHAT SHE WAS SAYING ). SHE SAID DO NOT HANGUP BC I TOLD HER THIS IS A SCAM AND SHE WAS NASTY. SHE SAID DO NOT HANGUP ON HER BC SHE WILL CALL THE COPS. I SAID FOR WHAT I HAVENT DONE ANYTHING WRONG. SHE SAID WHY WOULD YOU FRAUD THE IRS LIKE THAT IF YOU HANG UP YOU WILL BE LABELED SUSPICIOUS AND MAY FLEE FOR NOT PAYING MY TAXES. SHE SAID WHAT IS YOUR NAME I SAID KELLY MOULTON , SHE SAID THIER ARE 4 TAX VIOLATIONS AND WHAT AM I GOING TO DO TO SOLVE THIS EITHER I CAN FACE PRISON OR PAY THE AMOUNT OF $ 3589. I SAID YOU HAVE THE WRONG PERSON I DONT OWE THE IRS , I PAY MY TAXES. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR SHE SAID NO , DO NOT HANGUP AT ALL. (SHE SAID THAT SEVERAL TIMES) AND IM TRANSFERRING YOU TO A OFFICER. WHEN SHE TRASNFERRED THEIR WAS NO HOLD MUSIC , IT WAS DEADAIR AND SOME GUY CAME ON ALSO NOT FROM THIS COUNTRY . I ASKED HIM WHO HE WAS HE SAID IM "MONTAIN PARKER - AN ATTORNEY GENERAL WITH THE IRS ID # GS 84473007. I SAID THIS IS ALL WRONG AND HE ASKED ME WHY DID I FRAUD THE IRS FROM 2013-2017 IN MY TAXES I SAID I NEVER DID . I FILED JOINT WITH MY HUSBAND AND IF I OWED THEY AUTOMATICALLY TOOK OUT OF OUR REFUND . I HE SAID NO YOUR DIDNT . I SAID IM HANGING UP THIS DOESNT SOUND RIGHT HE SAID IM LOOKING UP YOUR INFO HOLD ON . PUT ME ON MUTE WHEN HE SAID HE WAS PUTTING ME ON HOLD ( WHICH ALSO THEIR WAS NO HOLD MUSIC) AND CAME BACK AND SAID IS YOUR HUSBAND " MICHAEL" I SAID NO YOU HAVE THE WRONG PERSON , AND IM HANGING UP . HE GOT REALLY ANGRY AND WAS YELLING AT ME SAYING IM NOW CALLING THE COPS AT YOUR LOCAL AREA AND YOUR BEING ARRESTED FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE. IM NOT GETTING AWAY WITH THIS . I GOT REALLY SCARED , BC I KNOW I HAVENT DONE ANYTHING WRONG. HE SAID THERES A WARRANT OUT FOR MY ARREST NOW. AND I HAVE 2 OPTIONS TO EITHER PAY $18,OOO OR TO BE ARRESTED AND GO TO COURT . I HUNGUP. I WAS PRETTY SHAKEN UP AFTER THIS . I BLOCKED THE 2 NUMBERS THEY HAVE CALLED ME FROM .

Left a message on my phone said they had been trying to get in touch with us for the last 6 mos and they were going to get us for tax fraud. Ask that we call them back.

Had a hard time understanding what they said. He said he was from IRS and he needed to talk with you concerning a legal matter. He stated that he would be sending me some legal documents and then you call me back. I called back and when I started asking questions he hung up.

I received a phone call stating I had not paid my taxes and I would having a lawsuit filed against me. I saw on the news that if that happens to call the BBB.

I don't know what was being requested as this came up on my answering machine. The message was that there are 4 legal allegations against me in a variety of states and that I should return the call at the number that was left on my machine.

Left recording that this is your final notice from the IRS - they will be filing a lawsuit for tax fraud. Call them back before an arrest warrant is issued and social security is black listed.

They called left 3 messages - we did not call back

Received call from above number he said he is from the IRS and I am being sued for a tax lien between the years of 2010-2017 how would I like to pay I asked him a question about what year he is referring to and he hung up on me and when I tried to call back it rings once and hangs up

Recieved a phone call that went to voicemail. Message was missing info & stated there are 4 charges on me & police will take action. I returned the call & it was busy. Called again & it didn't ring but was answered. The guy announced he was from the Internal Revenue Service, a lot of noise in the back ground also. His accent was a little hard to understand. But as soon as he asked when I recieved a call from them I hung up. It was a very brief exchange but alerted me that this is a scam. Not sure what info they wanted.

They left a message saying I was going to jail. I called the number back no answer....called back again and they answered IRS. I said you aren't the IRS! He said just ignore this and go to jail. I hung up!

Claimed they were calling from the IRS and I was going to jail if I did not call back. Also called from a number in Kansas 913-937-6490 saying the same thing.

They called telling me that the IRS is auditing me filed taxes wrong between 2011-2017 that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me for 14 hundred and something if I didn't pay x amount now that a warrant would be put out and that I would be arrested

Person says he is calling for money owed to IRS and they will file a warrant and have you arrested if you do not pay what is owed. Says that his name is Alexander Lee and to call him back immediately at 206-202-3158. Sounds like he is from another country.
