I am sent a bill thru the email, &it say that I paid for something,then they give me a balance of what I owe, I had a different one earlier,about saying I paid for a phone& I owe a balance. I emailed them back,&say it was not me,it was someone else. Then I get this.

They send out an email telling someone that they have ordered services and they have deducted money from their account and you can call within 24 to 48 hours to receive a credit. When you call them they ask you for your name and your information. I tried just giving the invoice number and the person started to hang up on me. I called several times and the person continues to hang up. Seems like they’re trying to get my information so they could try to steal money from my account

I received an email on March 2, 2023, at 4:12 pm eastern from Jimmy Ralph at [email protected] indicating that my Geek Squad membership plan had changed and that the monthly charge is now $417. The Email message reads: "We wanted to let you know that your membership plan has changed. Your subsequent billing statement will show the revised monthly charge of $417. We appreciate how present you are in our life all the time." The attachment to email includes the additional instructions. The email attachment states that I am to call (within 24 hours) +1 (551) 579-4955 to seek a refund. It includes a Customer ID, Invoice Number, and other information, but does not include my name or the usual information that would normally appear on an invoice.

I received an email that my PayPal would be charged 591.47 and that I should contact the number if this is incorrect. When I called the voice stated they were from Geek squad but the invoice is a basic invoice without a company name just an order number.

I received an email saying that I paid $499.99 for Geek Squad services when in reality I never used the service at all. The email encouraged me to call and get a refund if I didn't pay for that service. It's a very common and obvious(to me) scam. I called using *67 just to hear their introduction then immediately hung up not giving them any information and they could not see my real number.

I received an email that my PayPal will be debited $524

I called the number listed and no answer but received a call back from a foreigner with the number listed on invoice from CA stating my PayPal was charged $524

I got an email from a scammer saying that my credit card was charged $516.29 for a renewal on Geeksquad protection .I called one number and I knew it was a scam .the man on the other line gave me another number to call that number is 480-744-3527.this Is a scam trying to get credit card info from people.

I received an email dated( 12-15-22) stating that I had a payment receipt in the amount of $510.82 for a Bosch MRC23EVSK combination router. I never ordered this product! I don't even know what it is! The email had my name ,address and telephone number, in addition to the product information. In addition, there was a phone number to call if this email was in error. I called the number 1-866-306-0618. A person answered and there appeared to be others in the background. Moving forward, I was told that I could cancel this order however, I would have to turn on my computer. I immediately hung up the phone.

They are claiming I order a purchase ..I never did .. I called them today and said it was not true.. he told me that I did and the money is already coming out.

this the email I just received, I called and someone answered claiming he's from Best Buy Geek Squad, which is very obvious that he's a scammer.

"We thank you for completing one year with Geeks Deluxe Security LLC.

WE have charged you $262 for the next 36 months subscription. We tried to CONTACT you on your registered Phone number. Deduction of amount will appear on your bank account within 48 hours.
